Listing

Modal now pops up after clicking "Sell @ Auction."
Commission will be 5% on public auctions and 10% on private sales
Adding a reserve price
No shill bids
Sends alert to all users that have favorited that particular animal

Auctions

Removing a listing with bids will incur multiple fees
- No bid - No fee
- 1+ Bids - 20% of the current high bid
  - 10% delisting fee
  - 10% fee paid directly to the person with the highest bid
