RSC Vanilla
"Take the steer at the top to a yield-grade-driven grid and he stamps the lowest number of the set. Not real easy to show, and the presentation out here was really good. That's how the class sorted for us, top to bottom."

RSC Puddin
"This steer in second is soggy-middled and big-bodied, soft and mellow through her center. Maybe just. Cuts up in her flank and gets shallow back through her rear rib."
