Numbers, traits, and goals

What numbers are considered ideal for structure. I remember in the old game it was a 7 frame and legs at around 8.0. What does that look like in this version as things progress? I guess long question short, what game numbers would an elite real-world bull, donor cow, or steer look like?

I think in this game its the higher the number the better. 90+ is an elite trait. Don't quote me because I'm just now coming back

The judges aren't looking at frame yet and I really don't like the inheritance on it right now.
